Handcrafted Solid Walnut Cutting Board

Walnut belongs in the kitchen. Rich, dark, and naturally beautiful — but more than that, it's one of the best woods you can use for a cutting board. Naturally antimicrobial. Self-healing grain that closes back up after knife cuts. Hard enough to last decades, but gentle enough to protect your blades. This premium walnut cutting board is handcrafted from a single solid piece of black walnut hardwood, sanded and burnished to a smooth finish, and treated with a food-grade mineral oil and wood wax blend to keep it protected and looking its best.

Every board is made by hand in our small Florida workshop, from sustainably sourced hardwood. No shortcuts, no assembly lines — just careful craftsmanship built to live in your kitchen for years.

Complimentary Walnut Coasters

Every cutting board ships with a free set of matching walnut coasters — handcrafted from the same solid hardwood, sanded smooth with rounded edges, and finished to the same standard as the board itself. Each coaster measures 4" × 4" × ½". Orders over $100 include a set of four; all other orders include two.

Add-Ons

Customize your board to suit the way you cook. Select your preferred add-on at checkout:

  • Finger Hole — A drilled hole near the edge makes the board easy to lift, carry, and hang for storage. A practical touch that doesn’t compromise the look.
  • Rubber Feet — Four non-slip rubber feet keep the board firmly in place on any surface while you work. Ideal for meal prep and everyday use.
  • Both — Get the finger hole and rubber feet together for the most functional setup.

Care Instructions

To keep your piece looking its best, it is best to properly maintain the piece through inspection and proper care. Some things like avoiding soaking wood products in water/ avoiding moisture absorption as much as possible is important to prevent rough wood surfaces, warping, cracking, and wood movement. Keep wood products out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping. For furniture and decorative pieces, dust regularly and apply a quality furniture wax or wood conditioner once or twice a year if needed. For items that contact food, reapply another coat of the food safe finish applied to your specific product, sand before hand if needed to get rid of marks or damage. Avoid placing hot items directly on wood surfaces. Keep wood products away from flammable materials, and devices that could cause fires to occur.
