Thank you for shopping with Woodwork & Design by AJ. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for processing and shipping orders, including shipping methods, rates, and delivery timeframes. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day

Shipping methods may vary based on the destination and availability.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. The applicable shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Processing Time

Processing times for orders depend on the complexity of the product and the availability of material. Due to these factors, our processing times for smaller items like cutting boards is 5-7 business days. For items like small tables, we need 1-3 weeks of processing time. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. This also does not mean that an order can not be shipped out sooner than the listed processing time. This type of processing time gives us more time to make sure our orders are of the highest quality possible. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimated and begin once the order has been shipped, not from the date of order placement. The estimated delivery times for each shipping method are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day

Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware that we only offer free shipping in the USA for standard shipping. Expedited or overnight shipping if needed will be paid for by the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. 
  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as carrier issues, natural disasters, or strikes. If you experience a delay, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at 941-779-3982 as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund based on our return and refund policy.

10. Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at ajfranck96@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is shipped.
