Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Returns: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item for a full refund. The items can be used before returning the item. Some items do not apply, and are nonrefundable. This will be included within the listing details.
• Return Process: Email us at ajfranck96@gmail.com that you need to return an item, then we will send you a shipping label that you can download and print to put on your package. Be sure to include the dimensions and weight of the returned items.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders are non-refundable.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Return Shipping: We take care of return shipping payment.
