Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Returns: You have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to start a return, and 30 days to complete the delivery of the returned item. The item must come in lightly used or better condition, as determined at the sole discretion of the seller. Exceptions are made for damaged or defective items. Some items will incur a 10% restocking fee, such as our made to order end tables, and shoe racks. This fee is waived if the item has been damaged or is defective when the buyer receives their order. Some items do not apply, and are nonrefundable. This will be included within the listing details. All items must be returned before we can issue a refund.
• Return Process: Email us at ajfranck96@gmail.com or use our contact us page specifying that you need to return an item, then we will send you a shipping label that you can download and print to put on your package. Be sure to include the dimensions and weight of the returned items, so that we can issue the return label to you.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders are non-refundable.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping is free with use of original box the product was shipped in. We charge shipping if buyer decides to use a different box.

• Cancellations: We are now allowing a 24 hour period after an order to cancel a pending order.
