Easy Installation:
The coat rack comes with keyholes on the back, all you need to do is place the screws that fit the keyholes in the right place. To do that, use a measuring tape to mark the height with a pencil on the wall from the ground. Then measure the distance between the keyholes from the centers of them. Use a level with a bubble and trace a line on the wall that is level. Make a mark on the line with a pencil, then measure from that mark the distance between the keyholes and make another mark along the level line. Drill and drive screws into the wall, using anchors if necessary. Then, place your coat rack on the wall, aligning the keyholes with the screws, and checking from the side for alignment, then pull the coat rack down so the screws are holding the coat rack.

- Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 90 days of receiving your coat rack. The wall coat rack must be shipped and delivered back to us within 30 days of starting the return.
- Condition: The wall coat rack must be returned in lightly used or better condition. As determined at the sole discretion of the seller.
- Damaged Items: The "lightly used" condition requirement does not apply if the coat rack arrives damaged. However, a return shipment is still required to process your refund.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee for coat racks.
- Packaging: Please use the original packaging or your own sturdy packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is completely free if you reuse the original box the coat rack arrived in.

All pieces are made to order in our Tampa, Florida workshop. Lead times vary by product:

Care Instructions
To keep your piece looking its best, it is best to properly maintain the piece through inspection and proper care. Some things like avoiding soaking wood products in water/ avoiding moisture absorption as much as possible is important to prevent rough wood surfaces, warping, cracking, and wood movement. Keep wood products out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping. For furniture and decorative pieces, dust regularly and apply a quality furniture wax or wood conditioner once or twice a year if needed. For items that contact food, reapply another coat of the food safe finish applied to your specific product, sand before applying wood finish if needed to get rid of marks or damage. Avoid placing hot items directly on wood surfaces. Keep wood products away from flammable materials, and devices that could cause fires to occur.
