This wooden cutting board is made from high quality curly cherry, curly maple and walnut wood. These woods are all closed grain hardwoods and they fall in the range of 900 to 1500 on the janka hardness scale meaning they are hard and durable and will not dull your knives like harder woods would.

Each of our cutting boards has all of its edges and corners sanded thoroughly to make handling your cutting board easier. This wood cutting board is both beautiful and durable, making for the perfect birthday or Christmas gift for someone who loves cooking.
