This sliding lid keepsake box is made from soft curly maple, curly cherry, and figured walnut.

This keepsake box is finished with 2 coats of hard wax oil.

Makes for a great wedding gift!

Box sides and top are 1/2" thick giving the box a light but sturdy appearance. The bottom is also 5/8" thick which is thicker than the standard 1/4" or even sometimes 1/8" thick bottoms. This allows our boxes to hold more weight without breaking and in general use will allow the keepsake box to last longer.
